What if I already have a Toppl?
We use a rotation of Toppl toys to ensure that we can always have one ready for you. We can accept Toppl's in like-new quality into our rotation, but cannot accept any with wear and tear. We rotate Toppl's through to ensure that while your furry friend is enjoying one at home, we can get the next one ready for you and trade out! At any point that you decide to end your enrichment subscription, you will keep the Toppl(s) currently with you.
How does delivery work?
If your order totals more than $30 and you live in Bozeman, or if your order totals more than $35 and you live in Belgrade, we are happy to deliver your order to your door! We offer multiple delivery options for you to select from on day and time. (We will coordinate specifics with you through email once you subscribe). If you won't be available at time of delivery, we can leave your goodies in a cooler on your porch. If you live outside of city limits, your order is smaller, or it is just your preference, we offer at least one pickup option each week to accommodate!
When we complete your delivery, we will pick up your previous Toppls and replace them with new ones. You will keep your Pupsicles to use with your new batch of refills.
What if I have multiple dogs in my household?
You can have as many Pupsicles, Pupsicle refills and Toppl's in your monthly subscription as you would like and split them up however suits your home.
What if my dog has an allergy?
We offer multiple varieties of base in the hopes that at least one will work for all of our furry friends! Just select ingredients that work for your dog and we'll keep them happy! Please contact us if you have additional questions.
How many Toppls/Pupsicles can I give my dog each day?
How you choose to parcel out your pup's enrichment goodies is entirely up to you! General guidelines recommend treats be a minority of the total food they consume in a given day to avoid gastrointestinal distress, but work them in however fits your dog best.
What if I forget to put out my previous Toppl(s) when my delivery happens?
Our rotation system ensures that you will always have the number of Toppls you own with you at any given time. This means we will take one and leave one if you've requested a Toppl refill in your order. If you forget, we have two options to pre-select your preference from. We are happy to just forego the delivery of the Toppl and remove it from your order. We can also loan an additional Toppl to you for a small rental fee. If you choose this method, you can return it with your Toppl the next time! If you do not return the rental, we will add a purchase amount onto your next order and it is yours!
Are the enrichment toys dishwasher safe?
Yes! Your Pupsicles and Toppls are both dishwasher safe! They can also be washed by hand with regular dishsoap and water.
My dog is a super chewer! How will these toys hold up?
Pupsicles and Toppls are both rated extremely well for most dogs as long as they are the correct size and used appropriately. Our quality ingredients are meant to be the primary focus for your pooch in this lick-based enrichment treat, and they are not designed to be left as an unsupervised chew toy. We recommend gently interrupting intense chewing to help each refill last longer for your dog and keep your toys in strong condition.
